Refund Policy
Everything we sell is a digital product — guides and tools you download
instantly after purchase. Because of that, there's nothing to ship back,
and refunds work a little differently from a physical store. Here's exactly
how it works.
Our guarantee
We want our guides to actually help. If you buy one and it doesn't do that
for you, just email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you
in full — no awkward questions. You don't need to "return" or delete
anything; simply let us know.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@unblurmind.com with the email address you used at checkout
and your order number, and we'll take care of it.
How refunds are processed
Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take up to 10 business days
to appear. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your
refund and you still don't see it, email us at hello@unblurmind.com and
we'll chase it up.
Digital products & instant access
Our products are delivered digitally and are available to download
immediately after purchase. By completing your order, you understand that
you're getting instant access to digital content.
EU / UK customers — right to cancel
If you're in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a
14-day right to cancel a purchase. For digital content delivered
immediately, this statutory right ends once the download begins and you've
agreed to that immediate access. Either way, our 14-day guarantee above
still applies to you — so if a guide isn't right for you, just email us.
